Great and prompt support constantly!
I have worked in support in some capacity for 26 years now. I have also been a part of extremely large inbound call centers at large corporations. I have never seen an inbound call center produce the kind of incredible and consistent statistics and service that you and your team provide. I have never had any reason to have anything other than full confidence.

I was extremely satisfied with the level of support I received for this ticket and other tickets I placed this weekend. I did not expect to receive a response from anyone until Monday since I opened a ticket on Friday evening but I received a response within the hour and received great support throughout the weekend. I want to give special notice to the members below who were exceptionally responsive and thoroughly helpful in resolving my issues. OPEN has a great support staff and I will be sure to pass this info along to my organization. Thanks.

I am not exaggerating when I say this is one of, if not the best, support incidents I have ever had with a technology company. From the quick response to the follow-up. it was A+++.

OPEN did an excellent job. Within 10 min after I e-mailed my problem he called me up and confirmed what problems I had. Then he got permission to do the work and e-mailed me about it and within an hour he e-mailed again with the fix. I am very pleased with the quality and speed that my problem was resolved.
